Annual Check
We as manufacturer recommend an annual check by a JDN Service Technician to maintain the value of your JDN Air Hoists, Winches and Cranes. The sight and function tests will show, if the JDN product is in safe condition.
Inspection
In case of inspection our Service Technicians assess the as-is state of your products to identify potential faults in due time and to solve them. The inspection includes functions tests of the pneumatic and mechanical elements, wearing parts will be controlled and examined. After this you will be informed about faults, risks and required remedies.
Required repair works will be carried out on site or in one of our subsidiaries. Cost-conscious and as fast as possible.
According to ISO/FEM, series lifting equipment is classified into groups and dimensioned according to the type of operation (Driving mechanism classification). The classification is determined by the average daily operating time and the load spectrum. This results in the theoretical operating time. When the theoretical operating time has been reached, a general overhaul must be performed so that the hoists can be operated furthermore. For this we offer a General Overhaul by our technical experts. After this the hoist is fit for a further operation period.

Product Training
For training your staff on operation, care and maintenance of JDN Air Hoists we offer training courses in our facilities. Simply choose the suited training course JDN-S1 (Basic) or JDN-S2 (advanced).
For regular maintenance of your hoists we offer the JDN Maintenance Contract. Then we are in charge and remind you of the annual check. We make an appointment and the check will be done fast and reliably by our service staff.
